Brownie ice cream cake

This is Cake & Ice Cream's take on an ice cream cake.  For this brownie cake we have a base of chopped brownies topped with a layer of chocolate ice cream then topped again with more brownies and then another another layer of chocolate ice cream.  Finally we ice the cake with a light vanilla icing.  The brownie stays chewy even when frozen so it goes really well with the creamy chocolate ice cream.

White Chocolate Cup with Strawberry Ice Cream

This is a white chocolate muffin cup filled with our home made strawberry ice cream. We have been giving away samples of  these treats to our lucky customers recently.

Banoffee Ice Cream

This ice cream is modelled after banoffee pie and like the pie it contains banana, toffee, and digestive pie crust.  Top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings and it'll feel like you're eating a real banoffee pie!
